What is an inquiry?
Inquiry is a sort of E-mail to send a message to a buyer or a seller regarding his/her products, trade leads, or any other information.

Efficient inquiry management takes an important role for your successful trade business.

EC21 has made it easier for EC21 members to manage their inquiries more conveniently with its Inquiry Management system.
 
 
How to send inquiries?
You can send inquiries to a seller of buyer through several different routes.
Send from search result page
After you complete search from ec21.com, you can click an item to be linked to a company’s homepage or product catalogs or trade leads page.
From the web page, you can simply click ‘Inquire Now’ button to send an inquiry regarding the products, trade leads, and companies.
 
Send a reply from ‘Inbox’ in My EC21
If you have once received an inquiry from your business partner, you can conveniently use our inquiry management system.
From the message you received, you simply click ‘Reply’ button to send a reply.
 
 
How to send multiple inquiries?
You can send multiple inquiries by two methods.
Use a checkbox
After you searched for products or trade leads or companies, you will see the result page of your search keyword.
Click a checkbox on the right hand side of each product or trade lead or company. You can select more than one item and click ‘Inquire Now’ button.
Use Inquiry Basket

What is Inquiry Basket?
Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart. You can send your inquiries at one time. Add numbers of trade leads or products or suppliers (maximum 20) to your Inquiry Basket by clicking the <Add to Basket> button when you find something you're interested in.
All items in your Inquiry Basket will be lost if you close all EC21 pages.
Please send your inquiries before you close your browsers.
 
 
How can I get more responses?
Please make sure all your contact information is provided and input correctly.
Please be as specific as possible when sending inquiries.
Please try to identify yourself as much as you can.
Please be alert to incoming inquiries to promptly answer them.
 
 
Why are so many of my inquiries returning as failed?
Due to the growing problem of spam on the internet, an increasing number of email providers automatically block mail from widely used webmail services such as hotmail, etc. Some email providers automatically block mail from @ec21 addresses.

Our technical staff is working on a solution to this. In the meantime, you can resend your inquiry to the address on the returned mail using a different email account.
 
 
Can I send an inquiry if I'm not a member?
Yes. Click "Send An Inquiry", then click "Send an inquiry as a non EC21 member".
As a member, you can save your inquiries to "Outgoing inquiries" in MyEC21.
