How to upgrade Member information?
Sign in and go to Update Member Information under Member Account. Change your registered information and click “Post” button.
 
 
Would I be able to view my new member information at
ec21.com immediately after updating them?
No. If you update member information, EC21 staff will go through reviewing process to ensure the better quality of its content. The process will be completed within 24 hours, and only the approved information will be available to view online. Please be noted of the followings to avoid your information from being denied.
Address
- Street address must be complete.
- Company information should be written in English.
- Phone/fax number must be valid.
- e-Mail address should be removed.
Description
- e-Mail address should be removed.
- Description should be written in English.
- Don’t use special characters not adequete to standard text format.
- Provide valid company description.
 
 
How to change password?
Sign in and go to Change Password under Member Account. Check current password and make new password.
 
 
Can I change my EC21 membership ID?
No. However, you can create a new ID by re-registering as a free member. If you re-register with a new ID, please advise us at customer service center so that we can delete your old one.
 
 
How to change mail receiving option?
Sign in and go to mailing option under Member Account. Check current email receiving option and change the option.
 
 
I know my ID and password, but I cannot log in.
Please be sure not to use capital letters in your ID or password or input any blank spaces after your ID or password.

And EC21.com functions better with Internet Explorer version 5.0 or higher.
