What is Trade Alert?
Trade Alert is an e-mailing service to send trade leads, product catalogs, and company profiles of the categories you chose.
 
 
How to set up for Trade Alert?
Sign in and go to Trade Alert at My EC21. Please select the type of information you wish to receive among Trade Leads, Product Catalogs, and Company Profile.
 
Next, please select categories of your interest.
 
If you click Add button, a pop-up window will open.
 
Please select main category, sub category, and sub-sub category. You can select up to 10 categories.
 
You will see selected categories. Be sure that the email address is identical to the one in My Company info. You can also change your e-mail address.
 
 
How to unsubscribe Trade Alert?
Sign in and go to Trade Alert at My EC21.
Uncheck mailing option bottom of the page.
 
 
Why aren’t I receiving Trade Alert?
If you did not get any trade alerts e-mails after you completed trade alert setup, please refer to the following cases.
1) Please check if your e-mail address is correct.
2) Are our trade leads being considered as spam mails? Please check and remove EC21 from your block list.
3) Please check if your email has exceeded memory capacity.
4) If you do not receive any of e-mails from EC21 such as Newsletter, Inquiry Notice, and etc, you server might have blocked EC21 mail server. Please contact your e-mail server for this.
5) Otherwise, we suggest you to change your e-mail address to a different one.
 
 
I cannot view the 'Trade Alert' delivered to my e-mail.
If you receive an error message, the information you are trying to view was deleted by the user or EC21 staff.
