Will you add more product categories in
the future? |
Yes. We appreciate user requests and suggestions for
new categories and intend to adopt some of them in the
future.
However, the EC21 product categories follow format that
is standard on trade sites.
Because EC21 product categories link to other trade sites,
we cannot alter the categories on EC21 site alone. Therefore,
it may be some time before we are able to add any new
categories. |

I suspect an EC21 member is engaged in fraud.
 What
shall I do? |
Please inform EC21 immediately. Forward any mail you
have received from the suspected fraudster to customer
service center. We will delete the member's ID from
EC21. If you receive any further suspect correspondence,
please forward it to us immediately.
