We would like to inform you that EC21 Messenger service will be closed on June 30th, 2009 due to the introduction of new instant messaging service, the Windows Live Messenger (formerly named MSN Messenger).

EC21 Messenger service will no longer be available on EC21 as of July 1st, 2009 and instead, the Windows Live Messaging Service will be substituted to be the default IM setting on EC21 website.

* EC21 Messenger Service Ends: Tuesday, June 30th, 2009
* Windows Live Messenger Service Starts: Wednesday, July 1st, 2009

We hope that this change will encourage more members to be involved in real-time communication for sharing of information in better, faster and easier way.
