EC21 does NOT accept ANY cancellation of orders for ANY credit reports, after placement of an order, with the exception of the following. The ONLY situation in which an order is cancelled and customer will get refund, will be if one of the following scenarios occurs:

1. If order is placed for the Wrong Country
   If order is placed for the Wrong Country, there will be NO Charge by EC21 in case of all the three reports (Biz-check, Quick-rate, and Fullcheck Report) and customer will get Full Refund of purchase price.
   
   
2. If there is insufficient data in the order form to conduct the investigation
   If there is insufficient data in the order form to conduct the investigation, there will be NO Charge by EC21 in case of all the three reports (Biz-check, Quick-rate, and Fullcheck Report) and customer will get Full Refund of purchase price.
   
   
3. If wrong company information is provided
   In case wrong company information is provided such as wrong company name or incorrect address, following refund process will be applied as per different cases:

Biz-check Report
For Biz-check Reports, there will be NO Refund in such cases as EC21 spends valuable resources on investigating legal existence of the ordered company.

Quick-rate Report
For Quick-rate Reports, should the report be “Negative”, then customers will get a minimal Refund amount of 20$, that covers Price difference between Quick-rate and Biz-check Report, since basic cost spent on investigating legal existence of the ordered company will be same in case of both Quick-rate as well as Biz-check Reports. So, same selling price will be charged for either Bizcheck report or Quick-rate in such scenario.

Fullcheck Report
As a special benefit for Fullcheck Reports, if the Subject Business Entity cannot be identified by Credit Investigators, and no operational office is found to exist, EC21 will then cancel the report Order. Under such circumstances when a report is cancelled by EC21, there will still be NO Charge for the report and customer will get Full Refund of purchase price unlike Quick-rate and Biz-check Reports.

Other than the above, all other Orders will be charged accordingly, as mentioned in the Price list.

When an Order is placed and provided that there is sufficient information in the Order to conduct the investigation, even if Subject Business Entity cannot be found to be legally registered in that country, a report will still be produced and delivered to the Customer identifying the results of the investigation.

In total there can be five (5) possible scenarios and varying levels of contents in the report generated:

1. Subject Business Entity identified and found to legally exist and operating.
   
   
2. Subject Business Entity identified and found to legally exist, but NO longer operating or cannot be located.
   
   
3. Subject Business Entity identified and found NOT to legally exist, but maintains an operating office.
   
   
4. Subject Business Entity identified and found NOT to legally exist and NOT to maintain an operational office
   
   
5. Subject Business Entity identified and found NOT to legally exist, but operating under a different license to that as specified in the Order.

These are ONLY approximate delivery schedules, and can vary from country to country depending on political, economic, military and natural disasters factors that occur from time to time globally.
