As a popular search, write the keyword you are looking for on the keyword input box and click "Search". When you know keywords clearly, it is a fast and easy way to search for.

TIPS

- Try different keywords. When searching for "hats", search also for "caps".

- Avoid vague words with multiple meanings.

- Be specific. Search for "leather jacket" or "women jacket" rather than "jacket".

- Use words that may be in the description of an item you are looking for. "black jacket".

- Check your spelling.

Search by Products

You can search products posted by suppliers. Through product search, you can obtain the lists of products with summaries, product profiles, product information, and supplier information.

2Browsing Product Categories
From the main page of 'Products', you can find the products by narrowing down the category. Products consist of 3 category levels.

Within the selected category directory, you can execute a keyword search to find a specific product.

Search by buying/selling leads

You can search buying/selling leads from all around the world. Through buying/selling leads search, you can obtain the lists of buying/selling leads with summaries, product profiles, product information, supplier information.

2Browsing buying/selling leads
Categories from the each main page of 'buying/selling leads', you can find the buying/selling leads by narrowing down the category.

Within the selected category directory, you can execute a keyword search to find a specific trade leads.

Search by Company Directory

You can search companies from all around the world. You can get company information through company directory.

Input one or more words in keyword input box. If you input two words or more, the searched company list will contain all of the words by default.
2Browsing Company Categories
From the main page of 'Company Directory', you can find the company by narrowing down the category. Company categories consist of 2 category levels.
Within the selected category directory, you can execute a keyword search to find a specific company list.

Will EC21 search for buyers or sellers for me?

No. We are unable to carry out searches on behalf of individual users. However, we do provide a Trade Alerts (by e-mail) that notifies users of newly posted offers matching their specifications. The service is available to registered members only. Check Buying/Selling Leads Guide.

Does EC21 import, export or otherwise trade?

No, EC21 only provides a marketplace for enterprises to meet each other and do the business trades or share business opportunities. EC21 might get involved in some import/export deals on behalf of VIP clients or strategic partners. However, we don't actually import or export for business purpose. Moreover, we don't interfere any trade deals or business transactions between members as well.
