Buyer Marketing
What is Search for Buyers?
Here you can search buyers from EC21 database, manage them, and send business proposals.
To search buyers, you can either browse them by category or search by a keyword. After you search buyers, you will see the list of buyers as below.
To send an inquiry (business proposal) to selected buyers
- 1Select any buyers by clicking a check box.
- 2Click "Send Inquiry" button.
- 3Write the inquiry and click "Send"
To add selected buyers to a buyer group you created
(Refer to "Manage My Buyer" for managing your buyer group)
- 1Select buyers by clicking a check box.
- 2Click "Add to My Buyer" button
- 3Either select an existing group or create a new group you wish to insert.
Managing My Buyers
You can group buyers you searched and send your inquiries to a group that you have created
To add a group ; 1.Click "Add Group" 2.Enter the group name"3. Click "Submit".
To edit the name of a group or to delete a group, click one in Action column.
To edit or to delete the buyers in a group, click the group name, you will see the list of buyers, and you can add a new buyer or delete an existing buyer.
Managing Circular Letters
If you write an inquiry you wish to send it for multiple times, you can save and mange the inquiry here. After saving an inquiry here, you can use the inquiry anytime you want to send it to buyers.
To manage your circular letters,
- 1Choose an Inquiry.
- 2Click "Add" button
- 3Write an inquiry and click "Edit" button.
What is Buyer Contact List?
Here you can see the history of inquiries you have sent to buyers including message content and buyer information.
To view an inquiry sent to a buyer, click the subject.
