The services helps to protect buyers or sellers from the risk involved in pursuing business with new and unknown business entities. It verifies key information about company ownership, capitalization, financial and legal status, growth or decline trends, and past/present trading analysis. There are two processes involved are:

1. Authentication - Does Your Company Legally Exist?

A&V Third parties will check that your company is legally registered, its business address, and that its contact information operates on a daily basis.

2. Verification - Are You Employed or Associated with Your Company?

A&V Third parties will check that the contact person registered on EC21.com is employed or associated with their company.
