Terms of Purchase

1. Definition of Service
The Service refers to the fee-charging information service that collects and provides information on market trends for those who seek entry into the Korea market.

2. Purpose of Service
The purpose of the Korea market research service is to collect information for users who seek entry into the Korea market.

3. Characteristics and Scope of Service
a. The company provides information, which goes through the first phase filtration through relevant institutions and historic import data of potential buyers and then, which is confirmed by market researchers through telephone inquiry and other methods in an attempt to increase the efficiency of the information and the one time survey concludes the research unless otherwise stipulated. Information on buyers shall not guarantee deal-making or a response from a buyer. There may be some errors in determining based on market survey and the company shall not be held accountable.

b. The final report on market research shall be made and presented in English and the company shall not be obliged to translate it into other languages.

4. Research Period
The Service shall be provided within 15 business days following the receipt of the service fee.
If, however, the activity of identifying and confirming information within Korea is delayed or  exceed a certain number of days, the Company may adjust the response deadline or survey period based on mutual consent with a user.

6. Refund and Repeated Research
a. A user shall not request for refund once a market survey is notified and payment is finalized.    

b. A user shall not request for repeated research and/or additional information in three months
from the receipt of the final report of market research.

7. Obligation of User
A user shall provide the company with English-written information required for market research such as delivery of a catalog and/or product description upon request of the company.

8. Service Application and Registration
If you submit application of service and both parties reach the agreement through sufficient discussion, the research period is calculated from the receipt of service fee.

9. Limitation of Service
The company may reject the request for service if the corresponding product item has no
marketable potential based on preliminary investigation or has a possibility of breaching the local laws and regulation.

10. Indemnification of Service Provider

The final report of market survey shall not be used other than the original purpose as a reference for a user’s business and a user shall indemnify the Company for any problem that might occur due to failure to comply with this stipulation.

11. Copyright of Report
The Company shall reserve the copyright of the final report of research and unauthorized distribution and resale is strictly prohibited.

12. Non-disclosure Period of Research Report
The Company shall not disclose the research report for six months after delivering it to the    corresponding user.
