Description:
The Special Marking Machine For Vehicle and Flange--- combined with computer ,electrical and precision machinery techniques .It is an industrial marking equipment which can making logo (characters ,VIN codes ,serial NO ,date ,graph ,ect)) on workpiece (metal, no-metal ect materials)permanently .
Computer controlled the pin to moves in X-Y plane and marking the logo on the certain location of workpiece.
It has a numerical control circumrotate clamp ,can mark logo on cycle surface .
Main Characters:
1. Z axes numberical control circumrotate
2. Marking big columned workpiece.
3. Marking contents: all kinds of logo (characters ,serial NO, VIN codes, date ,graph ,ect) on any metal or non-metal material (hardness under HRC60)
4. It is applied for plane marking and cycle surface.
5. Marking contents could be saved automatically and not be destroyed due to the electric-break
6. Support WINDOWS98/ME/XP
7. Support multi-kinds fond: MG fond , SHX fond in AUTO CAD , CHR IN BORLAND , TTF IN WINDOWS
8. Support DXF format graph from CAD , CORLEDRAW
