The temperature management is very important,the general temperature is below 350centigrade-380centigrade because of the heat-resistance parts and the safe operations considerations.
If the temperature exceed 470centigrade ,oxidation rate will be over twice than 380centigrade.To low the temperature as much as possible to carry out welding operations so that soldering tips can be used longer.
If non-use more than ten minutes ,you should cut off the power.
If soldering tips are black oxide,the first use flux remove oxides;If not removed,the first use immersed flux metal wire cleanser to remove the surface oxide,then painte with new solder tin.
