Descriptions

This machine is applied to filling liquid or semiliquid into various containers. It is most suitable for filling rich-foaming liquid. Such as: oral liquid, perfume, nail polish, etc.

This machine is widely used in pharmacy, daily cosmetics, and foodstuff etc industries.Vacuum filling system draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction, when the product reaches the vacuum port, the excess product is drawn back into the collecting bottles. The fill level of the container is determined by the depth of the vacuum port within the neck of the container. So the fill level will be the same regard less of the inconsistencies of the containers.

The materials of the collecting bottles is pharmaceutical grade, and the product in the bottles can be recycled.

Features

1.       PLC control adopts Japanese Mitsubishi brand, man-made conversation interface,easily operation, count filling number automatically.

2.       Air drive parts adopts Germany FESTO brand and Taiwan brand, function is steady.

3.       Filling jar is disposed by hard chrome and polished with special filling valve design,no leakage.

4.  Structure is compact, the design is reasonable. Easy maintenance, no special tools are required.

5.     The number of the filling nozzles and the length of the conveyer belt can customized according to clients’ special requirements.

6.     Material for the parts contact with liquid are made of SUS 316L stainless steel, no pollution, easily cleaning, meet the GMP standard.

7.     Attached no bottle and can’t filling, automatic stop function.

8.     Photoelectrical eye adopts Germany OMRON brand.

9.     Installing glass shield meeting with sanitary and safety standards, automatic stop when the shield is opened.
