Automatic Trimming Machine for Aluminum Plastic Composite Panel

This machine is mainly used for trimming rough aluminum plastic composite panel and it is also suitable for aluminum composite panels of different quality.
Main Features:
1. Use high speed motor to drive electric saw so as to ensure the flatness and smoothness of plate surface.
2. The adjustable feature of the saw blade guarantee to a greatest degree the trimming of many boards simultaneously which greatly improve the efficiency
3. Horizontal steel wire traction and adjustable wire tension device ensure the balance and reliability of plate trimming.
4. The complete set of trimming machine employs humanized design on electric control such as the one key startup control system and the full-automatic infrared inductor. After finish trimming one side it transfer to the other side automatically and steadily therefore reduce labor intensity and enhance the efficiency
5. While sawing, the aluminum plate surface is evenly compressed by air -press soft sponge so as to make sure that panels are free from pull and press injuries and that the sawing keeps accurate and steady.
6. The useless aluminum and PE powder produced while trimming automatically goes to the large caliber PV pipe through high-temperature wire hose under the powerful suction of the exhaust fan, and finally fall into the garbage bag which is simple and convenient and keeps the environment clean as well.
