Product Feature:   The C-shaped shape purlines formed by purlin forming machine have excellent anti-bending property and are easy to install. They are widely used as the supporter of roof and wall in large-scale and mid-scale construction, such as factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition center, cinema, theatre, garden and so on.
Main technical parameters:
1 Suitable Material: Cold-rolled steel strip and heat-treated galvanized steel strip;
2.Thickness of raw material: 1.5-3.0mm
3. Material of roller: Cr12 mould steel being quenched treatment, forming machine with digital-controlled procession, which ensures the rollers hardness to be HR60 and durable.
4. Cutter blade            Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment
5. Forming speed:       about 10-12m/min
6. Power Requirement    Main motor power: 15 Kw(Depend on final design)
Hydraulic station power: 5.5Kw (Depend on final design)
7. Controlling system: Mitsubishi PLC & converter
