We might be the first exporter of China origin calcium aluminate synthetic slag since 1995. Our calcium aluminate, a cost-effective and carefully controlled steel making addition, is in use by quality-conscious steel mills in Asia. We have 2 types, sintered type and fused type. Sintered type is calcined in rotary kiln. Fused type is very popular now. It is fused in electric arc furnace. We already introduced this product of fused type to the steel mills in Singapore, Malaysia and Iran.

Our Calcium Aluminate Slag provides benefits:

1. Savings on the elimination or reduced consumption of dolomitic lime, fluorspar, aluminum and calcium carbide.
2. Ladle refractory protection.
3. Energy savings at ladle furnaces.
