Qingdao Shuangzi Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise in Shandong Province. With the registered capital of RMB28 million, Shuangzi Group has established Shuangzi Industrial Park in Shandong Qingdao, covering the area 300mu. It currently has over 1200 employees, including 38 technical personnel with senior title and 85 engineers. Its annual production capacity of steel pipe fittings is 20000 tons, and its output value in the recent three years reaches RMB260 million. The Group was granted the title of the Demonstrative Unit of the Third China Enterprise Reform in 2006.
Its main products include: steel pipes, high-, medium- and low-pressure pipe fittings, high-pressure steam and water supply pipe fittings for 300MW and 600MW power plants, four main pipes for prefabrication, high-pressure elbow pipes for power plants, high-pressure pipe fittings for petroleum refining, high-pressure pipe fittings for fertilizer factories, headers, high-pressure flanges, corrosion-resistant pipelines, water-treating equipments and vessels, water cooling flues and furnace covers for metallurgy, and aluminum pipe fittings for the industries such as air separating equipment cooling, iron and steel factories, medical oxygen-generating equipments etc..
Shuangzi Group has over 100 sets of advanced equipments for producing steel pipe fittings, including 12 hydraulic presses, 10 hydraulic pushing machines and 2 large-sized heat-treatment furnaces, which can produce P91 and P22 high-pressure elbows, and the auxiliary equipments. In addition, it has the highest processing capacity for anticorrosion pipelines in Northern China.
