1) Disindigrator:

To Crush the clay in to powder form. It require electric drive by electric motor of 20 H.P 1440 RPM.

(2) Elevator :
It carry the powder form of clay from disindegrator to the double shaft u mixture. It operate with electric motor of 3 H.P. 1440 RPM

Approx. Dimensions: L=1.5 feet, W=3 feet, H=30 feet max.

(3) Double Shaft "U" SHAPED MIXTURE:

It mix the powder form clay with warter and form the wet lumps of clay for further process to make clay bricks. It operate with electric motor of 20 H.P. 1440 RPM

(4) Deairing Extruder:

It produce the slab of clay brick in pre decided width and hight the length will be cut by the cutting tables. It operate with electric motor of 30 H.P. 1440 RPM

Production: Max 3000 Pcs bricks per hour

(5) Cutting Table:

Two stage cutting table attached with this production line. The first one is primary cutting which deployed at end of extruder for master slab cutting and second table which is final cutting table deployed at the rest zone for final brick cutting. It operate manually.

Conveyer system (Opetional):

This conveyer system is optionally where person want to do automisation of feeding material in to different machines.
