The rigid polyurethane virgin fluid is fed into the mixing head by PU casting machine dosage pump and uniformly cast onto the bottom steel panel which formed by the lower roll forming unit when well mixed.The it is fed to the laminating and pressing conveyor together with the top steel panel which formed by the upper and lower chainplanks.The solidified sandwich panel is cut into the required length by an automatic trackercutter on the production line.
