NON TTM BUYING PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues signed ICPO
2. Seller issues FCO.
3. Buyer signs and returns FCO with a letter of acceptance.
4. Seller issues draft contract.
5. Buyer signs and returns draft contract.
6. Within 24 Hrs of agreed signed contract buyers bank issues Ready Willing and Able (RWA)
or Pre- advice Letter on the banks letterhead to the Seller's bank confirming availability funds to transact. BCLs also will be accepted.
7. Seller's bank issues to Buyer's bank Proof of Product (POP).
8. Seller issues original contracts for final signatory, both parties exchange hardcopy via courier within 5 days of signing electronic version.
9. Buyer's bank issues Operative MT 103/23 Telegraphic Transfer or/Operative, Irrevocable, Transferable or Non Transferable, and Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit
10. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond (PB)
11. Delivery commences as agreed upon
12. TTM may be requested by buyer or seller.
