    to form a closed position
7) If a fault occurs, an electric arc will take place, thus heating the
    arc-extinguishing tube
8) This heating action produces high pressure, which explodes, thereby
    dropping the fuse tube and placing the cut-out in position
9) To switch off the cut-out, the user needs to pull the insulated
    operating bar
10) This action keeps the auxiliary static contact in operation, meanwhile
    opening the auxiliary contacts where the arcing is occurring, thus
    extinguishing the arc
