We produces cylindrical roller bearings in many designs, dimension series and sizes. The majority are single row bearings with a cage. Single and double row full complement bearings (without cage) complete our standard assortment for general engineering. Bearings with a cage can accommodate heavy radial loads and operate at high speeds. Full complement bearings are suitable for very heavy radial loads at moderate speeds.The LHB range of cylindrical roller bearings comprises the basic types, single row cylindrical roller bearings, caged, mainly of the NU, NJ, NUP and N designs double row cylindrical roller bearings, caged, mainly of the NNU and NN designs; multi-row cylindrical roller bearings, caged etc.
We can produce the diameter from 15mm~ 800mm cylindrical roller bearings.Following is the internal structure of different product descriptions.
EC    Optimized internal design incorporating more and/or larger rollers and with modified roller/end flange contact
EW      Enhanced design, press steel cage.
EM      Enhanced design, machined brass cage.
J    Pressed steel cage, roller centred, unhardened
K       Tapered bore, taper 1:12
M       Two-piece machined brass cage, roller centred
MA      Two-piece machined brass cage, outer ring centred
MB  Two-piece machined brass cage, inner ring guided
MBS  As MB but with lubrication grooves in the guiding surfaces
ML  One-piece form-turned window-type brass cage, inner or outer ring centred
MP  One-piece window-type brass cage with milled, reamed or broached pockets, inner or outer ring centred
MPS  As MP but with lubrication grooves in the guiding surfaces
MR  One-piece form-turned window-type brass cage, roller centred
N  Snap ring groove in the outer ring
NR  Snap ring groove in the outer ring, with appropriate snap ring
N1  One locating slot (notch) in one outer ring side face,etc.
