HTZD-Series Full Automatic Multifunction Bag Making Machine

Usage:
The machine is high-technical product of machine,light,electricity and gas integrtion that we developed by our company absorb foreign similar product's advantage, years of expence and the market demand. It's dual-modular multi-function high-speed automatic bag making machine that suitable for garment bag,information kits bag,shoe bag and advertising soft punching bag.

Characteristics:
1.The machine is applicable to HDPE,LDPE plastic film(also BOPP).
2.Electrical control adopts electronic liquid crystal touch screen to real-time displayer, the needed parameter can be set up according to different products.
3.All the temperature control systems adopt electronic liquid crystal digital displayer.
4.Both portable rings can seal at one time without deviation and the seal is excellent when produce soft loop handle bag.
5.The machine possesses the automatic alarm functions of color mark losing temperature exceeding limit, automatic counting and the deliver of finished products.
6.Bag delivery adopts servo motor special control system, the main machine is controlled by soft start-up transducer and run steadily.
7.All the four-layer film of the machine has been warm-up before side-sealing, which make the seal quite fast.
8.All the pneumatic component and electrons adopt famous brand at home or abroad.
