G Single Screw Slurry Pump is a single screw pump with high efficiency. This pump can pump chemicals and slurry with high viscosity or solids. Single shaft structure is a new type pump, main working components is eccentricity shaft and fixed bushing, which consists with independent sealing chamber seperately, medium pushed by axial load that can not cause backset and agitation for the same cubage and pressure stability. Each stage output pressure is 0.6 MPa, lift head is 60 m, suction height is 6 m, applies in medium temperature under 80 degree centigree ( it could be reach 150 degree centigree, as informed by the principal). This kind of pump has its special ability for the transmission of grain and fiber medium as the bushing material made up of multi-elastic materials.
