Basic Procedure:
1. Buyer submit LOI & BCL to Seller.
2. Seller submit FCO to Buyer.
3. Buyers seal/sign FCO and return to Seller
4. Seller issue contract to Buyer.
5. Buyer seals/signs contract and returns to Seller.
6. Buyers open non-operative LC
7. Seller issue 2% performance Bond to activate LC
8. Seller submit Pre-inspection SGS Certificate
9. Seller visit yard and can watch loading process.
10. Shipment starts as per schedule.
