Use and Function:

Under the condition of high vacuum, it can remove moisture, gas, impurities, colloidal matter, acid substance and various kinds of pigment from the turbine oil, reduce dielectric loss and acid number, raise the de-emulsification degree so as to raise the quality of the turbine oil effectively, and make the waste oil reach the standard of the clean oil. TY series is used for turbine oil, lubricant oil, hydraulic oil and engine oil etc, it has got the functions as follows:

Remove the dissolving water at high speed.
De-emulsify the oil quickly.
Completely filter the granule in the oil.
Safe and reliable running on the production line.

Working process:

With the effect of vacuum negative pressure, the oil goes through primary filter, de-emulsification device, and is heated in the heater, then enters into the vacuum degasification tank to separate the water from the oil. The water will be removed by the vacuum pump, the oil will be transported to fine filter by oil pump to become purified oil.
