But most in the tomato and associated products.It is also the important kind of carotinoid in the totatoes. lycopene existed in the chloroplast of tomato and attached on the velum of the chloroplast, in the forepart of the mature the tomatoes is the green chlorophyl, following when the tomatoes are mature, the chlorophyll was degradated. Then the color of tomato turned white, at the same time the lycopene was synthesizing and turned the color to red; till the last moment of the maturation,the lycopene is the chloroplast turned to crystalline,and occupy most of the position and form to cockled cystal,because the existence of the solid lycopene is tiny cystal,so through the light to make the tomatoes light red color.
