We can supply Russian M100 under following terms and conditions:

1.PRODUCT: MAZUT M100, GOST 10585-75

2.ORIGIN:  Russia

3.SPECIFICATION: Based on Standard Specification

4.QUANTITY: 250,000 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand) Metric Tons per Month. (Minimum).

5.CONTRACT  DURATION: Twelve (12) months with extension as agreed by both parties to 60 months

6.INSPECTION: By SGS or equivalent Survey company.  

7.CONFIRMATION        :  The order is confirmed after the Seller receives and accepts the IRREVOCABLE, CONFIRMED PURCHASE ORDER IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER (ICPO)  

8.BUYERS DOCUMENTATION        : Permit to Import, Signed End User Allocation and Import License from the authorities to enter the Terminal.  Others to be determined during negotiation.

9.PRICE (FIXED)        :  USD285.00 per Metric Ton by CIF to AWSP or (China)
Seller pays USD10-00 per metric ton in commission fees to Agents to be shared on a 50/50 basis for the buyer/seller  sides  

10.TERMS OF PAYMENT:        
a.     Monthly payment by Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC) and

b.     Guaranteed by a Blocked Funds Letter (BFL) from one of the S & P prime 25 World Banks for the amount equal to ONE (1) month s purchase order value.  The BFL shall be effective throughout the whole duration of the contract.
