Y series three phase electric motors is a kind of totally enclosed fan-cooled squirrel-cage AC asynchronous motors with IP44 protection, class B insulation, and IC411 cooling, it is the first unified design in China, Y series motors can be upgraded to IP55 as well as class F insulation.

Y series three phase electric motors have a lot of advantages including high efficiency, energy saving, large starting torque, excellent performance, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, easy operation & servicing etc. While the mounting dimension and rated output power of Y series electric motors are in conformity with IEC standard.

Bearings
As standard, frame 80 to160 motors have high quality deep groove ball bearings with full contact seals. Bearings are prepacked with grease which, under normal operating conditions, provides a high degree of operational reliability. Frame 180 to 315 motors have high quality bearings with facilities to enable replenishment of the lubricant during operation.
