Inspection: By ALFRED KNIGHT LABORATORIES, LONDON,  or SGS  at Seller`s Cost.

PAYMENT TERMS: FOR EACH SHIPMENT, via TT, OR WIRE TRANSFER, ARDLC or RDLC.  
GUARANTEE TERMS: One SBLC for last month contract,  Irrevocable Transferable, Divisible, Unconditional and Confirmed by A Top-25 Western Bank, Cash-Backed and Guaranteed for the 13 - Months Contract. SBLC Shall be Valid for 1-year and 45-days + 11-Months ARDLC or RDLC for each Month Shipment, 100% at Sight.
The seller will emit in favor of the buyer a PB 2% of the amount of the issued SBLC.
The project has the Approval of the Brazilian Government, who has to endorse the Mine and exportation of the Mn Ores. Seller is aware that this offer is being issued, on 13st APRIL. This Soft-Offer expires after one month.
