If the buyer requires assistance with shipping arrangements will bemade for the buyer. Buyer will pay direct to shipping company cost ofshipping and insurance. Therefore a re-calculation of the price willbe carried out based on PLATTS FOB Quoted Price + Delivery + Insurance.

We will only open lines of communication with the end buyer and/ortheir mandate. We do not entertain brokers, dealers, middle men. Wedo not entertain window shopping for pricing.

For all you a broker, intermediaries out there is no point inattempting to be the mandate when you are just a part of a chain. Donnot send us enquires for price lists, expect us to work to a buyersprocedures, ask us about ncnda/imfpa, your enquires will just bejunked.

Procedures are very simple

1.Buyer/Buyers mandate Issues LOI
2.Seller Verifies Buyer
3.Seller issues Soft Offer
4.Verification of funds via bank to bank,
5.On verification of funds the buyers get the allocation with lifting schedule directly from MOE,
Moscow Russia or OPEC Vienna. The buyer may verify the relevant details and satisfy
themselves prior to the signing of the major OPEC / MOE contract
6.On buyer's satisfaction, the seller issues FCO and will deploy one of the officers to meet
physically with the buyer, if possible.
7.The major contract which is used by OPEC Vienna / MOE Moscow will be signed by the both
parties. The shipping and insurance contracts to be concluded separately but at the time of
signing the full contract
8.Shipment will take place

Procedures are non-negotiable.
