Y81 series hydraulic metal baling press
Adaptability
Y81 series hydraulic metal baling press is mainly use in compressing the scattered plastic ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal plates and wire rod to certain form block under cold state. It is very convenient to the transportation and smelting.
The baling press adopts the electro hydraulic drive, it includes manual and automatic control, the operation is convenient, performance is reliable. The baled block can be pushed out from side, the baled block can be transported ditectly, so omitted the porterage.

The density of baling block is 2T/M according to the requirement in third grade in conformity with GB4223-84 Recycle Carbon Scrap Steel Category&Technique Terms.

The safety and stability of machine run and manual operation in conformity with JB4203-86 the Forging Machine Safety Technique Terms.
The hydraulic station adopted the entirety type valve block, and its volume is small, and realize the partial non-pipe design, and it decreases the leakage.
The control valve adopted LISHILE series valves, changeover is stable and flexible, and noise is low.
Optimizing the system design, assuring the oil temperature is not less than 55℃.
The machine is driven by hydraulic system, and the eledtric system is automactically controlled by PLC control, which is stable and modification is convenient.
Discharge mode used turning bag, pushing bag, fore pushing bag.
The machine can be laid in the flattening concrete floor, and it needn’t be made the foundation.
