Technical specification of the CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT 25-30Cu.M/Hr. (Two hoppers divide in Four bin type)
1)Pan type Mixer of the 0.75 Cu. M Capacity fabricated from 10mm plate with easy replaceable Liner.
2)Gathering Belt 800mm width and Load in conveyor is 600mm width.
3)Aggregate and Sand weighing on Gathering belt and Cement and Water weighing at the top of mixer in the separately by load cell system.
4)Mix material output at the 2.5 Meter height (Height of the pan mixer).
5)Four bin capacity 2.5 Cu. M for each bin. Total 10 Cu. M.
6)Power requirement :
a. Pan mixer: 30HP X1440 RPM with Planetary Gear box.
b.        Gathering conveyor motor will be 5 HP X 1440 rpm , 1No.
c.        Load in conveyor motor will be 5 HP X 1440 rpm , 1No.
d.        Cement        t screw conveyor , 10HP X 1440 RPM.
e.        Water pumps 3 HP X 1440 RPM.
f.        Additive Pump 0.5HP X 1440 RPM.
g.        Vibratory Motor: 1HP X 1440 RPM at the Four Bin & 0.5 HP X 1440 RPM at the Cement Filler.
h.        Four Load cells are used for weighing sand and aggregate on the Gathering conveyor. Cement and water has separate load cell assembly at the top of the mixer.
