Quality supervison:
PCD cutters are produced under strict guideline where all high pressure and high temperature materials are regulated. All batchs of pdc cutters are strictly checked for the following testing steps:
1,Dy penetration to check the cracks occurs on the pcd cutter body.
2,Microscope double checking the appearance of cutters.
3,Impact resistance test for evaluating the impact strength of cutters.
4,Several groups of thermal stable test to make sure every cutters bear high and stable temperature.
5,Vertical turret lathe(VTL) wear test.
