Manufacture process

PVC foam board /PVC foam sheet comprises of PVC resin, foaming agent, stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, fillers, impact modifiers, pigments and other additives.
The ingredients are thoroughly mixed in the mixer and delivered to a silo from which they are produced by an advanced patented technique employing co-extrusion and foam technology.
Notes: our products are lead free

We can afford PE film one side, PE plastic bag, 10 sheets a PE bag or Brown paper, wood pallet
