SELLER owns a large shareholding in several Russian Refineries and Middle East.

We cannot give you detailed company information across the internet. More detailed information can and will be provided between Buyer and Supplier.

A brief overview:
1.Our seller supplies to several major oil corporations worldwide;
2.Our seller has a JV agreement with one of the biggest producers in Russia;
3.has just finished the construction of a refinery Kzakhstan in a JV arrangement;
4.Our seller is in stage 2 of the construction of a refinery in Uzbekistan in a JV arrangement;
5.Our seller is in partnership with a major construction group in Dubai

All these projects and refinery agreements can be verified directly with the Supplier.

1.There is NO Soft Probe required with the ICPO;
2.The FCO will be issued with the Suppliers full banking details such that RWA/POF can be issued bank to bank;
3.The Draft Contract will be provided ONLY once POF has been issued.
4.The procedures have been in place for many years - they protect both parties;
