Desert Survival Power Lithium
This Portable Solar Power System can be carried during events where high energy density is critical. The system can power a variety of portable electronic devices that require 115 to 120 volts AC up to approximately 150 watts, and can recharge itself in sunlight using the included solar panel. The battery, inverter, AC charger, and accessories fit inside the included black carrying bag. The DC to AC power inverter plugs into the female cigarette lighter socket that is built into the battery. After the inverter is plugged into the battery, plug your AC-powered device into the inverter.
Desert Survival Power Lithium includes: Battery: a rechargeable lithium polymer battery assembly that weighs 4.3 pounds, stores 266 watt hours of energy (24 amp hours of charge), has a push button fuel gauge, will power an average laptop for 6 to 8 hours, and that comes in tricolor desert camouflage that matches the camo pattern of the solar panel. It can be charged directly from the solar panel using the included connector cable, or from the included AC powered charger when the grid is available. Solar panel: CE, FCC, and Std Mil 810F certified, foldable 60 watt unit in matching tricolor desert camouflage that weighs 3.19 pounds, and that will require 4.5 to 5 hours of peak sunlight to completely recharge the battery if it is depleted. The dimensions of the solar panel in inches are 60 x 42 when unfolded, and 10.3 x 8.9 x 2.8 when folded. Power Inverter: continuous 150 watt, modified sine wave unit that weighs 0.48 pounds.
The entire system weighs 10.1 pounds. The AC charger will not be needed during a backpacking expedition. Leave the AC charger behind, and the system weighs only 9.1 pounds
