By submitting any documents to K & D Trading Ltd, you agree thatall information is true to the best of your knowledge. All prices quoted by K & D Trading Ltd are CNF and include cost of 3rd Party inspection.

Upon acceptance of price by buyer, K & D Trading Ltd will submitFull Corporate Offer (FCO), which will entail quantity, specifications,port of delivery and discharge rate / method eg. Forklift, crane etc..End buyer will be required to sign, seal and return the Full CorporateOffer (FCO) accompanied by a Bank Capital Letter (BCL). We will onlyaccept verfiable BCL not older than 3 (three) days. BCL must be signedand sealed by an Authorized Bank Agent.

Upon receipt of FCOand verification of BCL, K & D Trading Ltd. will issue a draft ofcontract to be reviewed and accepted by end buyer, if any detail is notsuitable, suggestions and applicable changes will be made at this time,upon finalization of all details, end buyer is to sign and returndraft.

Hard copies of contract will then be sent to end buyervia overnight courier service. End buyer is required to sign and sealthe hard copies, keep one set for his personal record and and returnthe other set to K & D Trading via overnight courier service.

Aftercontracts are signed and sealed by both K & D Trading Ltd & endbuyer; end buyer will then forward draft of Irrevocable TransferrableLetter of Credit to K & D Trading LTD. Any suggestions andapplicable changes will be submitted at this time. K & D Tradingwill sign and return draft of ITLC to end buyer.

K & D Trading Ltd , will not be responbile for loss, late or damagegoods or merchandise due to bad wheather or an act of God.
