1. This general steel structure workshop building is divided into Area 101 and Area 102, basically
Area 101 covers 103.4x136m, Area 102 covers 114x32m
The total steel consumption weight is 625T for Area 102, including 48 pieces of steel columns, 601 pieces of steel beams
The total steel consumption weight is 3500T for Area 101, including 38 pieces of steel columns, 3889 pieces of steel beams.
The installation nods in the building site are groups into:
1. High-strength bolts node and high-strength bolts + welding nodes, high-strength bolts node is the connection node between primary girders and secondary girders
2. High-strength bolts + welding nodes is the node between primary girder and steel column, among them
The connection for primary girder web plate is high-strength bolts connection, flange plate is welding connection.
2. Roof to be colour coated trapezoidal cladding, colour Albatross.
Roof to incorporate 10% rooflights Rainwater pipes to be circular section colour coated metal, colour to match cladding.
Wall cladding to be KINGPAN KS1000MR Microrib or similar approval insulated panels horizontally fixed on cladding
Rails, colour Albatross lzing frames to be extruded alluminium sections, thermally broken with polyester coated finish and glazed with factory sealed, double glazed units with low emissivity glazing and Argon filled cavity. Opening lights to be top hung with opening restrictors and trickle ventilation. Frame colour Merlin Grey.
Entrance doors to have min. Effect clear opening of 1200mm, with glazed canopy over.
