Our company researched and manufactured 100QJGD stainless steel Submersible pumps for pumping water from deep-well by introducing advanced technology and equipment about how to select and manufacture pumps, the new model has the advantages of high efficient, energy saving, rust and pollution preventing, attractive appearance, convenient installation and utility,etc. This series pumps are widely used for farm irrigation,water supply and drainage in factories and mines proving human being and animals with drinking water in plateau or mountain areas. 1.The new model is manufactured with stainless steel material, which need not maintain, and is highly resistant to abrasion and wear. 2.The depth of the maximum submersible pump can attain 150 m. 3.Cable plug adopts epoxy colophony, which can effectively prevent the degradation of motors insulation resulted from watered cable glands 4.The whole pump body adopts cylinder type construction, which can prevent water leaking from the space of the level, thereby guarantee the water pump running in high efficient. 5.Floating impeller with end surface clearance is adopted, which provides the water pumps with excellent sand prevention and anti-wearing performance. 6.A non return valve is arranged in the water outlet of the pump, which can effectively prevent water hammer. 7.Flowing parts adopt high strength engineering plastic, which is provided with excellent anti-wearing performance. 8.A floating coupling is arranged between the motor and the multi-level pump to be easy to disassemble and install.
