Square Steel Billets(Q235)
According to the customer’s request, the seller and the buyer come to a technology agreement on supplying the Q235 alloy steel as below:
1.        Size and Tolerance:
1.1        the sectional size and tolerance of billets for 100×100mm: 100+3-2 mm, the tolerance of diagonal length: ≤4mm.
1.2        the sectional size and tolerance of billets for 120×120mm: 120+3-2 mm, the tolerance of diagonal length: ≤4mm
1.3        the length of billets are according to the contract.
1.4        the circular section is allowed,and the radius is ≤R15mm for 100×100mm billets and 120×120mm billets.
2. The chemical composition of billets must be according to the requirements as below:             chemical composition         %
Grade Q235        
C:0.18-0.24
Si:0.17-0.35
Mn:0.95-1.20         
P:≤0.035        
S：≤0.035        
B：0.0008-0.0020
3. Surface Quality
About the surface of billets, the following situations are allowed:
1)impress
2)non-smooth but the depth of hollow is less than 3mm.
4. delivery state
  The delivery billets must be hot rolled.
5. Other terms not referred herein are decided after the seller and the buyer negotiate.
6.prices
USD585/MT,FOB TIANJIN PORT
7.payment terms:
100% irrevocable,transferable L/C at sight
