Amorphous solar cell production line is applicable to produce big sized photovoltaic glass template.Using ordinary bid sized glass as the base materials, pass CVD process to have SnO2 coated, then pass PECVD to have amorphous silicon films coated, then pass the sputtering pocess to have Al  electrode coated,In the middle, using laser technology for engrave on the film system,then sealling and checking.All the process is finshed by now. The process is easy ,simple and less than then.By this process, the utilization of Si materials raise up  times , the coat is one third of crystal silicon cells.
Process:Glass grinding-Glass washing-Glass Drilling-preheating-cooling-strengthen-PECVD-PVD-laser-degrave-sealing and press-cells I-V checking machine.
