Composition and Working principle:
Ultra-fine mill is formed by coarse grinder, secondary grinder and pneumatic conveyor. Grinding process is reached through high speed of impact; the wind energy powder making process replaces the traditional filtering process.
Application:
These mills are widely used in industries like: chemical engineering, plumb ago, rubber, pharmacy, dyestuff, oil, foodstuff, building materials, cement and refractory materials; it is suitable for grinding of materials like: lithopone, carbon ink powder, fossil meal, sulfur powder, lime dust, red mud powder, shell powder, feldspar powder, braise, bone dust, galantine powder, coal powder, yellow lead oxide, red lead oxide, barium soleplate, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, ferric oxide, silicon carbide, gold-bearing ore, aluminum ore, pottery stone, alkali stone, gangue, herbal medicine, wheat, soybean, corn and so on. With product fineness can be freely adjusted between 20 mesh to 325 mesh.
