PROCEDURES

1) Buyer signs and seals NCNDA regarding the specific transaction mentioned in Seller's SCO.
2) Primary Intermediary and Paymaster sign IMFPA and present to Seller for counter-signature.
3) Seller signs and returns IMFPA to Primary Intermediary and Paymaster.
4) Seller provides addressee for preparation of ICPO.
5) Buyer signs, seals, and delivers ICPO to Seller, including these procedures as embedded elements of the ICPO.
6) Seller moves straight to issue draft contract, both parties sign, seal, and lodge with respective banks.  
7) Buyer provides a Bank Guaranty for the amount of the first month's obligation under the contract.
8) Seller bank notifies the Buyer bank that they are ready to issue (POP) by Swift along with 2% PBG within 5 bank working days.
9) Buyer issues 100% Non-Transferable DLC drawn on Top-25 World Bank for each monthly shipment value to seller bank within five banking days.
10) Delivery commences per buyer's choice of discharge port in seller expense within 15 days
11) Final payment for each cargo against shipping documents must be paid within three bank working days at loading port upon B/L, SGS by DLC.
