Seller will send FCO for the buyer to sign & seal.
Seller will issue Contract for the buyer to sign & seal.
Buyer will issue  MT799 to get  the Seller��2% PB  and activate ARDLC .
Buyer will visit the Seller��scrap yard or loading port  for inspection, After issing ARDLC confirmed to the seller, At buyer��cost.
After the successful scrap yard visit , And Seller receipt of RDLC confirmed.
Shipment will commence .
NOTE: 1) The Buyer��LOI/ICPO with soft probe for  Used rails Seller.
