The windows are manufactured from pine wood or red meranti and have the technical approval AT-15-6672/2005. Our company produces standard and non-standard windows according to individual orders. The products may be fitted with ornamentation elements or special glazing. Our production system guarantees reliability and aesthetic workmanship. We work according to a special production supervision system which allows us to achieve all parameters mentioned in the Technical Approval.

Our standard windows are manufactured according to Euroline DJ-68 System;
�� Window frames and sills made from glued wood (the outer surfaces from solid wood), joined with microlinks preventing distortions of the construction. The elements are glued together with waterproof glues from group "D". We use pine, oak and red meranti wood for our products with the optimal humidity of 12%.
�� The glazing package (4*16*4) consists of two glass panes linked by a warm distance frame filled with argon. The thermal transfer rate U=1.0 W/m2K is optimal and reduces the loss of heat and energy costs. The acoustic insulation rate Rw=32 dB enables one to compensate noise, which doubtless contributes to a quiet and friendly atmosphere of every household.
�� Schlegel seal - one inner encircling seal, an additional outer seal can also be installed
�� Humidity absorbent placed between the panes
�� Aluminium drip cap made from sections (in the colour matching the window)
�� fittings of the Austrian manufacturer Maco; pivoting, wide opening, rotary or pivoting-sliding windows with a low threshold. In windows with a moving pillar in the passive wing we always apply four casement bolts.
�� The windows are painted with the paints made by Sigma - first they are impregnated by immersion, then one undercoat and two surface coats are applied - this way the intensive colours are preserved for many years. We offer a wide range of opaque paints according to the RAL pattern and a variety of transparent paints.
