YBM series box-type substation is constituted by high-voltage switchgear, power transformers, low voltage switchgear three parts together made to complete sets of outdoors oil change and distribution . he product have characteristics of strong complete set, small footprint, easy installation and maintenance, attractive appearance, strong weather resistance etc. This product is a frame structure with steel welded framework of Mongolia aluminum alloy plate and special paint coated, so it have a strong mechanical properties, weathering properties and corrosion resistance. Combined box-type substation use steel plate to divided cabinet inside into three separate small room, high-voltage room, transformer room and the low pressure chamber. Each lighting room automatically shut down when the door open. On the top of the modular box-type substation have the insulation layer. In the high-temperature alpine region, the inside temperature is easy to accumulate and make condensation which solution is increase cabinet hot insulation layer around cabinet. In order to keep inside temperature stability, there installed the automatic temperature control device in transformer room and the low pressure chamber. The box-type substation can effectively prevent the invasion of the small animals. Transformer maintenance can through the small removable car draw in and out. The box base on both sides with four corresponding hanging bolt that can be pulled out and push in, on both sides of the roof eaves with four same functions post supporting. The overall lifting and transporting of the modular box-type substation is made up of high voltage switch equipment, power transformers, low voltage switchgear three parts together that constitute the complete sets of outdoors oil transformation and distribution equipment. The product has characteristics of strong complete set, small footprint, easy installation and maintenance, attractive appearance, strong weather resistance etc.
