Copper line
1.The type production line is superior to the upward casting type and traditional continuous casting and rolling line with 12 stands.
2.The raw materials should be cooper scrap or cathode copper. The finished products are 8mm diameter low oxygen copper rods with good quality, big density, easily wire drawing, low energy consumption, high efficiency and advanced electric control system.
3.Max. producing capacity is approx. 16t/h. Fule could be natural gas, oil, and coal.
4.This type autiomatic feeding continuous rolling mill is designed as 12 stands. Four stands are 2-roller and eight stands are 3-roller.
5.Six-wheel continuous casting machine awarded new type patent by the National Knowledge Property Right Bureau of China in Nov.2004 (patnet No.ZL03234289.6). It is very convenient to dismantle and crystallizing wheel.
6.The ability to dispel the crack and bubble of the copper and water produce while casting
