andLongkou Fanlin Nodular Cast Iron Pipe Co., Ltd is a manufacturing enterprise administered by Shandong Conglin Group Corporation. Conglin Group, as a state-level enterprise group, administers 18 manufacturing enterprises and now owns fixed assets of 2500 million Yuan and current assets of 550 million Yuan. In order to match nodular cast iron pipes, in Nov, 1996, the group built up pipe production line (which manufactures 5 thousand tons of DN80-DN2600 T model, K model, N11 model, flange model and other flexible and mechanical joint-type pipe fittings of various kinds) and developed sealing rubber ring special for pipe wire in Congli Adhesive Tape Factory, which is the subordinate enterprise of the group. Therefore, one package service of pipe wire products has formed.
Nodular cast iron pipes manufactured by our corporation strictly implement ISO2531 International Standard. in production process, we strictly control molten iron component, spheroidization, centrifugal casting, hot treatment, finishing operation, internal lining, surface coating and other manufacturing links. From Oct, 1995, the corporation established quality system according to international standard ISO9002 Quality Assurance Mode of Quality System Production, Installation and Service. In 1996, this quality system formally operated and respectively passed Quality Certification and Quality System Certification organized by China Fangyuan Authentication Committee in September 1996 and June 1997. Hereon, our corporation passed examination and approval of Singapore PSB, France Bureau Veritas and Switzerland SGS accredited by users for many times and they all highly appraised our quality system work.
