F-DMD is made of two layers of electrical polyester non-woven and one layer of electrical grade polyester film, laminated with a high temperature adhesive system, 70% filled with resin(we also named it DMD70), with good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for small and medium size electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation in F-class Motor. 6641A is more flexible than DMD6641(DMD70) or DMD100.
Prepreg DMD is made by the process of pre-curing the modified F-class DMD with Impregnation of Hi-temp resistant B-stage Epoxy resin by baking, with long shelf life at room temp, low pre-curing temp & time, excellent electrical insulation, bonding and heat-resistant properties. Its thermal Glass is F, widely used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil)-wrapped Low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation & phase insulation in B~F class Motor & electrical appliances.
